We like to pack our products in 10ml bottles as we feel this makes the MG and percentage ratios much easier to understand. Don’t be misled to thinking you are getting more CBD in a 30ml bottle than a 10ml one.
Let us explain…
For example, our 10ml bottle equals 1000mg – 10%
A 30ml bottle equalling 1000mg – 3.3%.
For the 30ml bottle to be the same potency as the 10ml bottle, it would have to equal 3000mg.
The 10ml bottle is more concentrated than the 30ml bottle, meaning you would have to take 3 times as much from the 30ml bottle. In essence, both bottles have exactly the same amount of CBD in them. Here at Mounthemp, we just like to keep things simple for our customers, hence the 10ml bottles.
We strongly believe in providing superior products to the marketplace, at the best prices, without ever compromising on quality. Real CBD is not a cheap commodity, so alarm bells should be ringing if you see a deal that seems too good to be true. Don’t be fooled by cheap hempseed oil disguised as CBD. Isolate products can be great for use as topical creams and balms, i.e. to be absorbed through the skin, but you should always stick to full or broad-spectrum oils if it’s for use orally, either with spray, tinctures, mixed with food or vaped.
Finally, always make sure that your CBD products are from a reputable, accredited source, are manufactured in a Food Standard Agency approved setting and have undergone legitimate lab tests to prove the product’s content.
We all have different body shapes and sizes, so don’t automatically think you need the strongest CBD straight away. You should always start with a small mg amount and slowly increase to the right level to meet your needs. You may hear people say that CBD doesn’t work for them. This may be because they haven’t found the right milligram amount for them or they haven’t given it time to work into their body’s system. Once you know the milligram amount that works, you should be consistent with that amount, and the routine in which you take it.
All our products are shipped using a tracking and signed for system, so you can keep an eye on your delivery. We always aim to get your products to you as fast as we can, within 1-3 working days. Always feel free to contact us if your delivery still hasn’t arrived after 3 working days.
CBD is entirely legal. It does not fall under the Cannabis Act for recreational drugs. Hemp and Marijuana are in the same plant family but Marijuana has very high THC levels and Hemp has very low THC levels. In most countries 0.2% is the legal limit regarding Hemp (in the US it is 0.3%). Here in the UK, along with most parts of Europe, CBD is legal. It has even been acknowledged by WHO for its medicinal properties.
If, as part of your job, it is a requirement to be drug tested, then you may wish to speak to your employer/manager. CBD is unlikely to show up on a works drug screening, if CBD is all you are taking. Drugs screenings are looking for high levels of THC.
THC is the abbreviated term for Tetrahydrocannabinol. This is the crystal compound that is the psychoactive part of the plant, Delta 9-THC. This is the sticky part of the flower, during germination. It has a very distinct odour, which can vary in different plant species. These smells are called terpene’s, or, to use the scientific term, carbon compounds. The 3 most used species of plant for this purpose are Sativa L – known for its energetic lift, Indica – known for its relaxation and the Hybrid. By cross-germinating species of plant you can create a more unique species, with regards smell and taste.
In the United States, dog owners are known to give their pets CBD drops. These help with injuries, joint pain and separation anxiety. Dogs are pack animals so can really suffer with anxiety if left on their own for periods of time. Our furry friends share the same ECS (Endocannabinoid System) as us, so can get the same positive results from CBD drops as we can.
